A narrow policy for a narrow data footprint.

If you email us, we receive the information in your message, such as your email address, name, and anything you choose to include. Please do not send payment-card information, government identifiers, passwords, or other sensitive information.

Our hosting and security providers may process standard technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser and device information, request time, referring page, and security or diagnostic logs. SeatYaThere does not currently receive your device-local concert preferences or intentionally collect payment information.

The current preview stores concert-fit preferences and saved-concert selections in your browser on that device. This lets the preview remember your genres, budget, travel limit, available nights, venue vibe, and saved examples without creating an account. SeatYaThere does not currently receive those device-local selections. You can clear them through your browser's site-data controls.

Technical providers may process information on our behalf to host and secure the site. When live marketplace links are introduced, leaving SeatYaThere will take you to a third party governed by its own privacy policy and terms. SeatYaThere does not control how that third party handles your information.

SeatYaThere uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate page views, visits, referrers, approximate geography, browser and device categories, and site performance. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not use cookies, local storage, or fingerprinting to track individual visitors and does not collect or use visitors' personal data for this product. We use these aggregate measurements to understand interest in SeatYaThere and improve the site.

The current product does not intentionally set advertising cookies. Hosting, access-control, or security infrastructure may use technologies necessary to provide and protect the service. We will update this policy and provide any legally required choices before adding advertising technologies or analytics that materially change this practice.

Email correspondence and operational records are kept only as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, legal obligations, or dispute prevention. No internet service can promise absolute security, but we aim to limit collection and use appropriate safeguards for the information we handle.

SeatYaThere is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Depending on where you live, you may have privacy rights concerning access, correction, deletion, or appeal. Contact us to make a request; we may need to verify it and may retain information where permitted or required.
