The current site demonstrates a personalized Chicago concert-discovery experience. Its performers, dates, schedules, prices, travel times, venue details, and fit scores are illustrative and are not live event records, ticket offers, or verified travel guidance.

SeatYaThere is an independent concert-discovery and referral service. It is not a ticket seller, broker, marketplace, venue, box office, transportation provider, payment processor, or agent for a buyer or seller. When live links are introduced, any transaction will occur directly with the selected third party.

The marketplace—not SeatYaThere—will control the listing, final price, fees, payment, delivery, ticket validity, cancellation, refund, exchange, customer service, and transaction terms. Review the marketplace's information before completing a purchase.

Concert, ticket, venue, accessibility, and travel information can change rapidly. A fit score is an informational ranking based on the preferences and available data—not a guarantee that a show is appropriate, accessible, available, or on time. Always verify critical details with the official venue, event, transit, and ticket sources before acting.

You may use SeatYaThere for personal, lawful ticket discovery. You may not interfere with the site, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, use automated means that burden or extract from the service without written permission, impersonate others, or use the site to violate another party's rights or applicable law.

SeatYaThere's branding, design, original text, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. If you send feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of availability, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SeatYaThere will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from third-party listings, purchases, cancellations, access interruptions, or reliance on displayed information. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
